Hi, i would like to inform you that i have applied for a new broadband connection from sikka broadband pvt ltd in lucknow (Up), on may 6th, 2020, at the time of applying for this connection the agent said it will take 2 days to install the broadband line so i said ok and i paid them rs 4540 in advance but after 2 days there was no communication from there side they stopped picking my calls, hardly responded to my what's app messages, even i wrote an email to them which they haven't replied yet, i told them it's urgent and it is hampering my work but they didn't pay any notice, i am really frustrated with these guys even they are not telling me how to cancel this connection and get my money back. Please help

After Filling this complaint I send them a copy of the complaint, Sikka BroadBand team came the very next day and installed my broadband, I am thankful to the Indian Consumer Complaints Forum.
