I have been complaining about network multiple times is a day. The customer service does not ever give any resoltion and moreover cut network after 9pm and say that now resolution will be given the next day only. Today i have tried calling helpdesk multiple times and they have not picked my call yet.

I a person workinf for home and network is important for me to do my daily job.
