[Resolved] Sistema Shyam Teleservices (MTS) — Money asked after disconnecting the data connection

I have called customer care and disconnected MTS due to network is very slow. As per customer care i have paid the last bill online. And never used the data card.
But after 2 -3 months they waited till reaching the credit limit & said i should pay 2 months bill for zero usage.
They sent a notice warning me to pay it or else they will move legally.
What should i do?
Customer care did not told me that i should go to there office & cancel it.
Why should i pay extra money?
Is this the right way? This is really cheating the customers.
They have called me & mentioned that if its zero usage & have disconnected i should not pay the bill.
Same time i am getting information that i should pay bill.
This is really embarrassing about the systems they follow & cheating the clients.
I really wish to raise against this.
So i request help from all.
