Siti Cable — Application for Complaining against Cable Operator | |||
Dear all, I am writing to make a complaint of your local agent name Mr. Babun. I am a customer of your company since 10 years, but from 2020 till now I am very much dissatisfied. I am giving payment of Rs. 599.00/- per month (SITI HD Pack) but every week cable connection got disconnection for whole day. Regarding this issue I called my cable operator he always said to [On] [Off] the "set top box" it will automatically get start, but nothing happened, most of the time whole day I [ON] the set top box but cable connection not activate. Error showing " every time. I was very much upset for your local agent Mr. Babun he is unreliable person and every time he will make fake commitment with consumer and most of the time he will not picking up the phone. He also said SITI cable company doing this kind of problem to their all consumers from all the areas. He suggested me to leave SITI cable connection soon & choose other service provider otherwise if I continue the services then every month I have to face this problem from him. I request to SITI cable company please take serious action against him immediately.
