Siti Cable — cable package fraud

I am a consumer of SITI Cable Network My VC No-[protected], I recharged my first basic pack dated 17/02/2019 and then i recharge a star broadcaster package dated 05/03/2019. After that when end of the basic package I recharge another basic pack dated 18/03/2019 but they stop my star broadcaster package same date of my first basic pack but it should be continue dated 04/04/2019. But according to your law the alacart package or broadcaster package should be continue when basic package recharge and continue But they intentionally stop the package and behave lik mafia and We don't know about cable network. my payment details given below.
