Siti Cable — Cable subscriber login issue

When i am trying to login Error! -1005 show - Due to pending reconciliation issues between LCO’s and customers, access to our website and app has been restricted which will be available once the said issues are resolved. Till such time kindly contact your Local Cable Operator for your queries and payment.
what should i do, please help me for login, i am suffer for las one & half year.
