I have complained about the website login issue and signal issue in my area.

Today at 3.28pm I got a message saying that the complaint has been resolved.
I have attached a screenshot of the same.
When I initially mailed. Someone from Vijayawada Customer care has called and been in touch with me. A woman employee was very kind and soft spoken since 12.10.2021.
I have been in touch with the Vijayawada Customer care since then. A woman employee assured me to solve the problem as soon as possible. She has been calling me regularly and following up with me and my local operator.
On 15.10.2021 she called me to inquire whether the problem was solved. I said that the problem has not yet been solved. She asked me whether she can update the complaint as solved as the operator has visited my house and checked the problem. I said how she can update the complaint as resolved though it was not resolved. (Local Operator has asked 2days i.e., till sunday as there is festival). She assured me that I will get the problem solved and asked / requested to allow her to close the complaint as the complaint has been pending for a long time. I asked that vijayawada executive to keep the complaint live. Then only someone will attend and solve the problem.
Today someone from Vijayawada Customer care called at 12.13pm and she spoke in such a way that someone has visited the complaint and she said that complaint was solved. But i said that I am not getting the channel which I requested and raised a complaint for.
At 3.28PM I got a message from SITI that the complaint has been resolved.(screenshot attached).
As soon as I saw the message I called the Vijayawada Customer care and inquired about the message. But they said that the complaint has been closed from the higher end. They said that the woman employee who used to talk to me till 15.10.2021 was on leave. The others who attended the calls gave ordinary and careless answers. (An employee named Sruthi was very rude and gave careless answers). 2 to 3 people spoke to me today but they are not willing to take my complaint either.
They gave arrogant answers by saying that if they have not closed the complaint, if you want to complain again do what you did previously to complain. I requested them to take my complaint or give me the mail address of the higher office which closed the complaint. But they refused to do so.
This is the way SITI Customer care Vijayawada is working and causing inconvenience to the customers.
Till yesterday, I was very positive to give my customer feedback as 5star. Today SITI Customer care Vijayawada executives reply was very bad
