Siti Cable — error 200

Worse cable experience ever.. This company either should ban or improve their services.. If we observe in a month out of 30 days, hardly 4days it shows channel rest all the days have some or more issues either error 200 or other..
If we complaint they said ma'am we resolve your problem within 24 hours.. They are so lazy and slow.. They almost take 7 or more to solve the problem and only if we again and again call them.. As if we don't have any work to do.. Then again after 2-3 days again error come and we repeat the whole process.. It's such a worse cable ever.. I dont recommend any one to go for this cable.. Wastage of money and mental peace as well.👎

My stb no 1771C[protected]
My home set top box channel signals below the level i.e.below 30 since one week. For such we are unable to found any channel. Apart this regularly 200 error are found.
Pls solve such problem as early as possible.

Worst cable service ever.getting irritation with their services.no one will respond.not even picking up the calls.harsh behaviour with customers.I want to change my cable network because of this mental stress.i will give this network 0 rating becoz 1 is for bad and 0 is for worst.

Online recharge does not work at all. The webpage always shows an error... what is the use of digitalisation?
