Siti Cable — give 100 mandatory channel instead of 25

Sir my situ cable operators after so many requests they never respond after that i try to going toward siti site for manual selection but siti site doesn't allow me to select free to air channel after selecting boucket n alacarte channel they automatically add 100 channel and increased network capacity fee... They first give 100 channel then add ur selected channel... Instead of 25 mandatory channel they add 100... It's a fraud take strict action against this i am from indore airport road
