Siti Cable — i recharged wrong card for channel activation i mail them as well as customer care also still no response

Hello sir/mam,

I am from hyderabad, i recharged for amount 186.73 (Channel activation) for wrong card number ([protected]). The same i informed to siti cable customer care then she said drop a mail this type of issues can not be solved by us. I also drop mail reg this issue but still now no update from them. I asked her refund my amount or recharge that amount to my card ([protected]).

Please let me know how to get my amount.
