From past 15days i am not able to get cable. I paid online though my bank rs.179.60 to sitinetwork which my cable operator did not like since i had made direct payment and earlier he was taking money and would charge rs.600 for the same service where i was not getting even the channels. It seems i made a mistake because after that my cable operator has cut my cable tv i don't get to see any tv. I am calling customer service from past 15days the answer i get is call your cable operator. Now should i pay my cable operator the money again or pay him rs. 600 for the same service.
My card no is[protected]. Is this the service you are providing and is this the way you should treat your customers.
I am really frustrated by your service. On one hand customer service is not attending to my requests on other hand cable tv person is harassing me.
