I have complain for not working cable network on 6th august-18 at 02:55 pm (Complain no.[protected]. As per policy siti cable should solve same problem with in 24 hour. On 7th aug.-18 at 6:45 pm, a executive comes after 4 time call on costumer care no. By me, to see the problem and gone back without solve the same problem and suggest to change new set up box with rs-1000/=, for next day. On 8th aug.-18 again call to costumer care by me, at 12:05 pm comes two executive to see the problem and same as on 7th aug. Have gone back with out solve same problem.
It is also to notice when i said to costumer care to close my connection and refund my security if any then costumer care executive told me that he is unable to do for the same and suggest me to visit his third party (In my living area) office.
