Siti cable (Vc no. [protected]-6, chip id - [protected]) is not providing services since last 4 days. I made the payment in advance on 8th march19 via cheque no. 000094 & 000095 of andhra bank but still i am awaiting signals in my set top box.
This is not the first incident of default in services from siti cable in fact we are not getting desired channels since 14th feb. As siti was showing only ""free to air channel" & despite repeated request no body paid attention to it. We were asked to pay full amount during the duration after 14th feb while only free to air channels were shown. I. E from 14th feb till 6th march, which we paid but from 7th march nothing is available for watching.
14th feb till 6th march - only free to air channels were available while payment was made for whole package
7th march - all telecast on my card was stopped by siti network.
8th march - i made monthly payment of rs. 356 in advance
8th march till writing this mail - awaiting signals on my set top box.
Please take necessary action against siti so that they start cable tv at the earliest and help us to get compensation for the loss of time. Was this information helpful? |
