Siti Cable — Payment made but card still deactivated

I had recharged my Siti cable online. The transaction was successful. This transaction was done on 30th April 2023 at 12pm afternoon. But still the card is deactivated and it shows message as 140.

I have mailed the customer care multiple times and called them. They did even respond properly.

Requesting you to please look into this.
