Siti Cable — refusing to provide wanted channels. | |||
Date of incident[protected] An lco named 'srinivas' working in siddharda communications providing siti cable has refused to provide me with the channels that i subscribed for and forced me to accept certain packs that are being provided by them, irrespective of trai's regulations. Also, upon asking to cancel my connection and providing a refund he denied the same and asked us to contact the cable office regarding the subscription. Upon calling the cable office, they also have spoken in the same terms as srinivas and asked us to come to the office for more clarifcation. They have also said that they will this service only for a month and we will need to accept their packages for continued subscription. Was this information helpful? | |||

I am a Citi Cable Customer. I have been requesting for the bills multiple times. But my Local Cable operator hasn't provided that yet. Moreover, They are not allowing me to choose the free channels. as per TRAI, I can choose the free channels as per my wish.
