It is showing no signal for almost an hour during an important cricket match.It always happens when we need to watch tv. The cable operator is also unable solve it. Please solve it otherwise i will change the service provider

I have taken new cable connection 40 days back by paying initial amount of INR 1950. The operator not responding to service issues like incomplete installation, poor signal. When tried to approach country customer care number, they simply said, only cable operator will help. Not sure where to go now!

Today our line disconnected from Cable operator. This is very bad experiences. He didn't response from our call.
