Siti Cable — siti cable problem not resolved

I am using siti cable for TV and lodged the complaint against Sitinetworks by calling on their toll free number, they had registered my complaints and stats that problem will get resolved in 24 hours but after calling them so many times problem has not resolved even after 5 days.

Problem is with most of the channels, they are not working properly and slipped picture is coming.

Updated by RohitSachdeva0811 Complain was raised for card no -[protected], every time when I am calling Siti Customer care, they are opening new requests while other requests are still in open state. They are assuring we will resolve the issue but it is not getting resolved.
Complain No's for tracking are 6496302, 6498219.6500826.
I am really pissed of calling them again and again, worst experience I am having of any service provider is from Siti Network.
