Skinkraft — I am complaining about my parcel is not reachable because of consignee's address is incomplete/incomplete

I have did my skinkraft skin quiz and confirm the my order by online payment it was by bluedart but blue that is responding this error (consignee's address is incomplete/incorrect)

I request the bluedart team to resolve my problem and get help to get my parcel as soon as possible.
