Smart Mobile Total Solution — Not returning my insured phone sent for repairing | |||
My name is Chirag Gupta. I insured my Samsung Galaxy Note 2 (IMEI - 354666/05/923710/7) via this company on 11-11-12 for two years. My Card No./PIN for this company is Two-IND-2807. On[protected], your company executive collected the same mobile for repairing under screen damage and water damage faults. The slip no. for the corresponding is 9188. He told me that my mobile will be returned to the same address with fault repaired within 2 weeks. During the time their customer care executives informed me that my mobile had been received by the company and had been sent further for repairing in your repair centers.After two weeks their executives told me that my mobile will come back soon to me and to call back in few days. This last for 2 more weeks. After this their customer care executives stop receiving my calls. With the help of A.K. Communication (from where I purchased this phone and who recommended me your company for insurance), I got your mobile number of the owner of this company Rakesh Verma [protected]. Last week he told me that they are searching for my phone in their office and repair centers and will call me as soon as he will find it. I am hearing the same reply since then I am calling him.
