Regretfully, I wish to inform you that product against my above order has yet not been delivered to my Grand Daughter ( MS. SAUMYAA SINHA) at BKC, MUMBAi.
In the meantime I received one SMS on[protected], which reads as under :

DELIVERING TODAY:
Saumyaa sinha, your prepaid order for the MILLION CLUB AND 1 ITEM WILL BE DELIVERED...

I had ordered for a brass kada adjustable for myself which was delivered today.but i found it non adjustable due to which I can't wear it. I can't put it on.
My order I'd is[protected]. So pl change this immediately.P R Prasad...

The size of walkway apricot flats I ordered is big please send small size order number is [protected]...

A lady named Andrea Which is assisant of snapdeal and she take money from me and invested in snapdeal-india.com

she take 47k from me and did not return back she says that she is from snapdeal

please help me to get my money back

Hi,

1. Got Worst delivery experience for products from Shadowfax.
2. They are delivering products in un time 9PM, 9.30PM, 2.30PM.
3. If I was busy at company call ask them to wait, they went off by not wait for couple of mins.
4. On 7th feb 2022, they called and told, will be delivered on 9th feb 2022. But am calling the rider since morning, even at 8.30PM. No one is attending instead its busy on other...

Wrong item delivered. Even after returning the wrong item they are not refunding the money. Two dresses were ordered under the order ID no. [protected] and order ID no.[protected] on 28.01.2022, for a total sum of Rs.988/-. Only Rs.499/- has been refunded against order ID no.[protected]. The other one they are refusing to refund....

I ordered for two wallets. I received only one but paid for two Rs 318/-
Pl organise delivery of one more wallet or refund my money...

Sir mai blutooth box me koi bill, ya warranty card nahi hai, mobile number [protected]...

Return of this product has not been done on time. Even after complaining to costumer care no action has been taken. No return tracking details are provided. No response from the company grievance redressal system....

Refund nahi mila .worst company meine choose kiya.boltha hai refund huwa.kisko refund kiya bathav.refund keliye itna din lagata hai kya waste fellows...

It's very shocking and surprising to receive a low price product vide order no. [protected] dated[protected]. On a higher price / amount through such a reputed platform of Snapdeal. It is unethical, harrasment and breach of rights of a consumer like me.
Looking forward to getting the product returned/ issue resolved ASAP.

I ordered a pair of shoes from snapdeal, but when i get my order shoes doesn't fit me well so I want to replace with a big one, but in my snapdeal account in order section when i saw my replce order it shows me refund of the product its ok for me but when i entered my bank account details or UPI ID the 'CONFIRMED' button is not selected even my account details or UPI ID was right. and i also try call in customer care and through whats app...

I've ordered an novel on 25th Jan and received it on 31 jan . And I didn't got what I've ordered so I returned it to snapdeal and they are just making me fool from the date of 2nd fab and it's 6th fab I'm complaining about this I still haven't received my refund amount . SNAPDEAL is fraud and guy's don't believe on them they not provide us the things they have mentioned there . I hope I'll get back my refund amount and I'm sure this comment...

Money Rs.1086 has been deducted from my account, but order is not confirmed ....

I didn't get my refund money...

They are scammers or what I'm not able to take out money and it is around 77590. First they said I will be able to get the money out when I unfreeze the amount . They asked for 29999 twice I paid that them they unfreeze my money but still not able to get my money out. They says bank need more of 39999 as security . Please help me to get my money out . Is there anyone who got their money...

I order on snapdeal ashthadhatu bangle quantity of three at 28 January 2022 but they delivered only one on 2 February 2022. My order ID is [protected]. They are cheat on me....
