Snapdeal.com — Courier Charges not refunded | |||
I received a damaged lever arch file and I was informed to return damaged lever arch file by any courier or indian post and send receipt to snapdeal for refund. I have sent courier receipt twice once on 19.12.2014 at [protected]@snapdeal.com & on 2.01.15 and in between i had contacted snapdeal for 3-4 times. still they are saying they have not received my receipt. I am enclosing courier receipt here so that afterwards they may not deny. pls intervene Was this information helpful? | |||
