Order id - order id: [protected] Product - sandisk ultra usb 3.0 flash drive 64gb Product order date - oct 3, 2016 Payment methode - citi bank credit card Desirable resolution - refund/product E-mail - deepak. [protected]@gmail.com I received an empty delivery box with no product inside. I tried to file complaint in my snapdeal account but didn't get a option to file compliant under any section. Then i filed complaint under replace my product. Also, in the comment box, i mentioned the reason with details. The snapdeal arranged the pick-up but courier boy refused to pick-up the empty box. However, he accepted that you mentioned this in the comment. I tried to connect snapdeal customer service but nobody picked the call. I tried to connect on twitter but no positive response.
