I bought this phone XOLO balck 3GB from Snapdeal.

its camera is good. phone sound quality is bad. like when i'm receiving or calling to others i cant hear the other ends voice properly.

Another bad thing is its back and home button. i have to use my fingers more than twice to operate this buttons. and their position is not good.

and 3200mah is draining so quickly.

I sent this complaint to the SnapDeal Customer care.

after 3 complaints lady called me that a technician will come to my home and fix the problem. no one came to my home.

SnapDeal just doing cheating with customers...

1st they given me this email id - [email protected] i sent email no reply. then i did lodge complaint again. they provide me this email id - [email protected] This is totally a fake id. SNAPDEAL IS CHEATING WITH CUSTOMERS. my Order ID: 10969598952 I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND DONT WANT THIS XOLO PRODUCT.
