Snapdeal.com — Got sms alert from snapdeal but no money got in account | |||||
I have ordered an item around Rs.550 by using promocode as declared at SnapDeal site FCSD and I have ordered Mamy Poko Pants XL 46 and Order ID: [protected] Placed on: Thu, 14 Jan, 2016 Got Message alert on 2nd February 2016 form Snapdeal that My FreeCharge wallet has been credited with Rs.100 but when I checked the wallet there is no money added as committed by SnapDeal. I have complaint many times to Snapdeal via call and website too but they have not even replied me yet. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Although one of the representative attended my complaint but have not resolved yet, as he said wait for next 24-48 hours now its more than 48 hours does not get any kind of response that could be said as resolved.

Now they contacted and again said as earlier that amount will be credited in 24 hours.
Though I have got the email stating the same but not yet the amount is credited.

The same issue still. Snapdeal is just making money by giving bogus assurances.
Even they crossed all the limit said that you have received the amount, But in the reality the amount which is in my wallet is another transaction amount.
I have proof of my transaction history too still they are puzzling because no reason.
Though I have got the email stating the same but not yet the amount is credited.
Still facing the same thing.
