I have purchased Kent RO from Snapdeal.But the product I received was damaged. I wanted to return the product, so pickup schedule was informed by Snapdeal. But suddenly I got message that pickup failed and asked for reschedule without attempting to pick up. This is cheating with customer. They are neither responding nor resolving my issue.This was the my first buy from Snapdeal and the treatment I am getting is unfortunate. This will tarnish the image of Snapdeal.
