[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Product has not delivered | |||||
I placed an order (order id: [protected]) on 15/10/2016. deadline for delivery was 25/10/2016. from 24/10/2016 i was continously following up with snapdeal customer service representative every time they gave me the assurance that it will be delivered on that same day. yesterday i talk to their supervisor mr. manish. he confirmed me that it will be delivered by 24 hrs, that mean by today. still it is not delivered, so i talked to bluedart customer service representative, they told me that it will be delivered on friday. today i talked to mr. rajib he has also promised the same. it seems snapdeal actually wants to confuse their customers. if i don't get the product it will be no use for me. i think my big mistake was to make the payment. if it was on cod then snapdeal show interest to it. i'm very disappointed & will not go back to snapdeal again Was this information helpful? | |||||
