[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Product Shipping was wrong and Replacement was also wrong

I placed an order on the below product

I received a grey canvas finish instead of Black. The 12V adapter was missing as well.

I placed a request for replace and received the exact same product (Grey color instead of Black) and the 12 V adapter was missing again. This is not acceptable.

I am not going to exchange this once again and waste my time and this is going to be the last time I order from Snap Deal.
