[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Refuse to Home delivery | |||
Dear sir, I had booked for True star powerful Drill machine kit through Snap Deal online shopping vide Order Id [protected] by using the option Cash On Delivery to the address i.e Puri given at the time of booking on 09th November 2014. The date of delivery of the said product at the given address was 19th November 2014. Further I received a message that the drill machine is sent through Blue Dart courier Service and will be delivered in scheduled time. On 19th November I received a phone call to receive the parcel from the office of the Blue Dart courier Service Puri because there is no staff to deliver otherwise it will take 2 to 3 days more to deliver the parcel. I agree for the delay because I was absent in the city. Again I received a phone call on 23rd November 2014 to receive the parcel from office because they are not able to deliver the parcel at the given address due to oversize otherwise it will be returned. Hence it is my request if you are not able to meet the customer’s demand kindly don’t advertise please. Was this information helpful? | |||
