Snapdeal — Defective product | |||
I had ordered an IFB Microwave model : IFB 25Ltr 25DGSC1 through snapdeal on 18th May product has been delivered to me on 25th May after 7 days and I found that product is defective and not working . When I raised the return request of the product then they are saying that it cannot be returned now. I dont want this product now and want to return this as I dont need this defective product. Please assist me in getting my whole money back from them. Order ID: [protected], Placed On Mon, 18 May, 2015 Model : IFB 25Ltr 25DGSC1 Order Delivered : 25th May For return I raise the request on snapdeal customer care on 26th may but they denied.
