Snapdeal — Due to mis conversation excess amount paid

Sir/ madam
I placed an order id: [protected] (1 item) on line on dated 07 may, 2016 i was provided the said order/ product in 12 may, 2016 against cash payment by the delivery man of your company or courier company. But the during the course of delivery of the goods purchase i made payment of rs.980/- instead of rs.280/- in confusion thereby making excess payment of rs.700/-. Before i realised that i had made excess payment the delivery man left without obtaining the receipt of the goods delivered to the customer.In this context the snapshot of the invoice attached for ready reference.
I request you to kindly enquire into the matter and arrange to refund the excess amount on the following address or credit the amount in my account. This type of incident may malign the image of your esteem company
