Product id: [protected] Date of purchase: 10-dec-2015 Date of replacement: 15-dec-2015 Product name: kenstar 6l hot spring kgs06w5m geyser Discussion had with: as i remember, junaid, faisal, salman, kapil, deepika, kishan, amit, rajat, parvin, tarun, mursalin, pradeep etc.) 1. Snapdeal delivered 2 times wrong product, means cheated me twice be not providing the product that i had paid for / requested for. 2. Did not clarify why they had not delivered the correct product? 3. Escalated the matter various times, but not resolved even after 6 months are over. 4. The brand (Kenstar) is not honoring warranty provided by snapdeal. 5. Customer care making fun of customers by giving lollipop of inr 100/- freecharge balance to hide its cheating and get satisfied mentally. Considering all these aforesaid points, snapdeal should be taught a lesson and therefore requesting this 3rd party force to get the matter resolved and a compensation of rs.50000/- for breach of trust, misrepresentation, deliberately giving false commitments, grossly neglecting customer's complaint, providing no solutions even in escalations for more than 20 times, mental torture for 6 months which is very less considering the dissatisfaction and value to the customer. May i know reasons for your unreasonable decision?
Do you mean you have not delivered wrong product? Then why your person told me that though it is your fault we cannot compensate customer since we do not have policy to compensate? But he failed to clarify where is your policy to cheat customer and misrepresent them, can you please clarify this on this public forum?
