Snapdeal — Not received refund since 1 month. | |||||
Hello My order no. Is [protected], placed on: 28/4/2016 8:28 pm and complaint reference no. 23344296. I have returned this product because it was not working fine. And now snapdeal refunded my amount to freecharge but i was not having freecharge account also and then after that they have asked for my account no. And they said that we have refunded your money to your account on 6/6/2016 but till yet i have not received refund in my account... I also provided them passbook statement and pdf file for my account but they are not trusting me now and they are talking to me rudely now. There trustpay policy doesn't mean anything, snapdeal is just cheating and fooling there customer... So, now kindly help me in getting my refund. Thanks. Was this information helpful? | |||||
