Snapdeal — Not refunding money after delivery of damaged product | |||
Dear Sir, I had bought a Dell Inspiron 15 from Snapdeal.They had delivered a damaged product.after several complaints they picked up the product f from my place which was 27th of March 2014. I have been following up with them since then to refund me my money but I am not getting any response.Its 16Th of April and they had initially promised to get me a new product by 4 days or else refund me the amount. Please help as I am at complete loss and urgently need the money back. Was this information helpful? | |||
