[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Doing fraud with customers | |
Hi all, Beware of this snapdeal. In most of the places they don't have the reverse pick up and if you are delivered a product which is in damaged condition, they will not do anything. You have to arrange all for reverse courier (Which includes all the packing materials) . And one more thing they will pay for that??? What the hell snapdeal is thinking who need to spend time for that??? Had the most horrendous experience I'm not here to spare my time for sending the product back to which u r saying. . . Please note it down 1. I will not be having the packing materials because i'm the customer not an ******* 2. Don't cheat the people by saying u have to send the products by your own 3. This is not the way to do business 4. Ask your ceo to beg somewhere else instead of doing this kind of business 5. Don't think customers, government and media are fools 6. This is thing happening from last 10 days which is not fair 7. Snapdeal is no:1 scam e - commerce company by providing fake details to the couriers and as well as making fools (Government) . With out paying taxes??? 8. It knows just to get invesetments and undertakening companies. 9.
