[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Empty box received for samsung j2 pro. | |||||
My order id no is [protected]. I purchased samsung j2 pro mobile from snapdeal on 01 october 16. First the mobile they sent was not working, after calling in the costomer support their engineer came and certified that the phone is not working. After returning the phone to snapdeal their quality check declined their engineer`s report and resend the empty box after calling for so many time still no positive response from snapdeal.
