[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Fake product delivery or commitment failure without any qa validation check

I am Hardesh Kumar Sharma writing this message to, I am very disappointed from Snapdeal’s end because they had provide me a fake product.
I had placed an ordered as Sony CP-V10/WHITE 10000 mAh Power Bank. Order was placed on 12th Nov 2015 from Snapdeal website. Power Bank Order ID: [protected] Rs.1099. After confirmation of this order Snapdeal had provide estimated delivery date which was 18 Nov-22 Nov 2015.I got this order on 16 Nov 2015 by Ecom Express courier service.
When i had checked this product, then this product was fake and mismatched as per mentioned product. I had request to replacement this product by Snapdeal app.Instead of replacement Snapdeal had initiated auto refund
I want to know below mentioned thing from Snapdeal’s end
1. How do you initiate auto refund without my intimation and confirmation?
2. What was the actual reason behind of this scenario?
3. Is Snapdeal’s Packing and QA validation Team not working in a right way?
4. Is Snapdeal’s Manufacture/Vendor Sony or any false body instead of Sony?
5. Why are you disturbing other brand (Sony) value?
Please answer these question as soon as possible and one more thing I want only replacement with genuine product which was mentioned and committed by you.
Finally I want to say one more thing, Snapdeal’s punch line is "Dil ki Deal", , I am very disappointed to say it should be " Fake Product ki Deal".
Note: I have also known a very long list they have already suffered like me, few order id are mentioned below.

They Send mostly fake product such Poor Online shopping network(Snapdeal). Consumer Complaints should be taken a hard action on snapdeal so they are never do this type fraud again. Snapdeal punch line is "dil ki deal" but in real this is "Fraud ki deal". I am ashamed to be snapdeal customer. I never Place order via snapdeal.

I have same concern with Snapdeal.Either Snapdeal or vendor had cheated all person which place order within this deal.So we can say in other easy word no matter whatever done by vendor finally Snapdeal is responsible for it and they are not playing their roll effectively.
I have same concern with Snapdeal and 100 percent sure they will not response you.
I am also waiting for response from Snapdeal.
I have same concern with Snapdeal. Snapdeal is very irresponsible body.It is not a right way to provide service in a effective way please improve your process and response as soon as possible.

Yes Guys, They are fake ecom body. I am completely socked why they are behaving like a cheap service provider.
I had also face same thing before 2 Month previous. My scenario was also great they provide original power bank with local cell.
@Hardesh ; This is right intiative against Snapdeal(Bad Service Provider). We have need to take action against Snapdeal. They are very irresponsible retail service provider body. They don't know how come stand in retail market with various competitors.Guys please take legal action against Snapdeal it is a cheater. Please share this with more person and insist them to avoid shopping from Snapdeal.

Guys, I agree with your views. You all are right and Snapdeal is not a good service provide at all. before 5 month, had placed an ordered as Whirlpool Washing Machine SW 6.2 kg ULTRA UL62H Fully Automatic Top Loading. Order was placed on 11th Jul 2015 from Snapdeal website. At the order time product price was 16, 052.00 INR. After this Snapdeal had confirmed the order and within two day Snapdeal automatically initiate refund against my order. When I talk with customer care executive regarding same then he replied me as a funny statement "Vender had changed the price and now price is 19, 945.00 INR. so our system initiate automatic refund against this order. however they had returned my money but spoiled my time and increase waiting time against my product wish. After this I have placed same order on Flipkart 19, 200.00 INR and get the product within 5 to 7 business day and service was 1000 time good in comparison of Snapdeal.

And they asked me to wait for tomorrow to get the status. Don’t know when they deliver the product then.

hey snadeal you says that we write on your page bt what if we write & solution is not coming from your side. i think it is "wasting of time" ... are you promising me that you really consider my request ...you already refund me instead of replace the product an automatic refund request in generated from your side bt i want original product ... so pls tell me is there any benefit to writing on your page or one msg is comming from your side " we are sorry for this convenience and we already generate your refund"...
Me tooo I got fake Sony powerbank from snapdeal
As I do regular follow up to your support center and customer care through phone and not getting proper and satisfactory reply from your end. I hope, Need to write a mail for Kunal and Rohit for same

Subject of Matter:
I had placed an order as Sony CP-V10/WHITE 10000 mAh Power Bank. Order was placed on 12th Nov 2015 from Snapdeal website. Power Bank Order ID: [protected] Rs.1099. Snapdeal support team had also admitted that they are faulty and apologies for the same then why are you not process replacement.
After a long follow up with your support team I am getting a response from your social media executive he had told me “Either we will try to replace your product or reimburse you and also send a response mail for same before Friday i.e. 20th Nov 2015” And today another executive response me as “We cannot replace your product only refund your money according to Snapdeal policy. No matter you will satisfied or not”. It’s another example of Commitment Failure, and we can say in other easy word at your end very great flood proceed as commitment failure and false promises.
You can listen all support calls carefully to validate this case completely what was promises occur from your different teams (Media Team, Technical Assistance Team or Support Team) and how they have changed from their statements rapidly.
