Snapdeal.com — Got Charged for Installation of LGTV bought from Snapdeal | |||
My SD Order no [protected] I had ordered the 42 inch LG Tv Online for Amt 41106/- . In product description it was mentioned that Standard installation is free but i was been charged by LG for installation i.e Rs.4230/-(bracket 2910 + Installation Service charge Rs.800/- +ST) . I had spoken with Customer support Team Floor supervisor Ms. TIJI & they were going to revert me in 24hrs abt the reversal of installation charges but still no revert on same. If i had to pay this extra charges then i would have prefered buying product from the local retailer who would have given me the free installation with same charges. I had ended paying more Rs.4230 /- which i sense there was no discount offered, only i had been cheated by SD. Was this information helpful? | |||
