[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — I am complaining about empty parcel received from snapdeal

I have not received the main handset which samsung j 7 the day i received the parcel when i opened it there was only charger headphone battery and warranty card handset was missing i had registered a complaint as well but there is no response they are just trying to ignore my complaint and they asked my i'd proof and parcel images for the sake of how genuine i am so i dont understand what i have to do for my money i am having empty parcel with me and looking at it feel like cheated by snapdeal today the 1 july when i spoked to the customer care associate he was not able to help me so asked her to transfer my call to supervisor he told me that we will not be able to help u as your return request is rejected but i don't understand if my empty parcel is with me so how can they reject my request i need my refund it's being 1 week from my complaint no one is helpful in snapdeal they just listen to investigation team not the customer

Complaint not resolved I am just fed up of snapdeal don't want to deal with them in future today I dumped the mobile box and all the accessories in garbage bin I am completely retarded now mentally as well as physically

Help out with my refund that's it how many times should I contact you you guys never reply to me properly u guys are not that professional in terms of handling customer problems I just need my money back which I paid to u guys for an empty parcel or else u can say for charger headphone and battery and some sort of warranty card call me on my contact no i[censored] really wish to help me with refund 14250/-
Today at 3.45 I got the call from snapdeal and she told me that as I had registered a complaint of empty parcel and I got the mail that there some miss credentials in my account what the hell I don't understand why they don't speak transparency what is it I know that I m suffering due to snapdeal I am having an empty parcel and looking at it I feel ashamed on me I am helpless now and harnesses by snapdeal or u can Jasper company they are just taking away customers hard-earned money for the empty parcel so anyone can help in this I need my money back I don't now what to do now just bcz snapdeal is a big online company we can't do anything

What u guys will now your executive told me that they will not provide me refund or replacement for my product which Samsung j 7 upfrontly she told me and when I informed her that I have registered a complaint on consumer court than she told that it's ur right to do that she is damn confident that if customer is complaining on consumer website than also snapdeal is capable enough of getting through it without even resolving the problem plz consumer court listen to my concern and take action against such complaints
