I have puchased HUL Pureit Ultima RO + UV Water Purifier vide Order No. [protected]. Order placed on 22.03.2015. Item supplied after repeated requests on 26.03.2015. Not installed till date even after repeated requests. Call centre not able to resolve the issue. Every time they say it will be resolved in 48 hrs. After repeated complaints, on 29.03.2015, they say to contact HUL on toll free number [protected]. I have done that also. But till now no one has contacted or come to my residence.
