Snapdeal.com — Online cheater, worst customer care

There are two order for which my amount got debited but no order number
came. Then i sent all details to customer care and they refunded only
one amount. Still after one month waiting for another amount to get.
here are the order numbers. [protected] - got refund. [protected] -
still no refund and status as delivered for this. here is the trancking
detail which clearly says, it sent back to their place..
