Hello Team, I would like to know about my pending order, Order Number: [protected] Can I please get a final status on this order. I bought the order on 6th Oct and this was to be delivered by 10th of Oct. I called the customer care on 9th Oct and I was promised by that rep that the order will be shipped on 10th and it will reach your place within next 4 days. Again I called your customer care team and I was told that we have your order status as pending so it will be definitely cancelled and you will get a refund. I said that the same product is still available on your website but it’s around 4900Rs now. She said then you will have to buy that product on the same price then, I don’t understand what is happening here. Is this some kind of a competition going on there? Its now more than a month. I have got no response from your team even once. I have all the recodings of your cust care reps and supervisors which states fake commitments. I have 11 emails with diffrent difrrent compliant numbers. My citi bank has been deducted twice for the product and the product is no where. Please help. Thank you. Virender SIngh [protected]
