[Resolved] Snapdeal.com — Product return | |||
I had purchased a F&d a510 speaker. I didnt like the qualiy at all. I raised the return request on 19/10/2016. They still didn't picket it up. The Order ID: [protected] and Ticket Id: 33155086. The number of the pick up guy which is provided by the website is picking the call and telling that, he does not deal with snapdeal products. i fear that the 14 days return policy will expire and i will be stuck with the product. it is very unofficial of snapdeal as it does not even give customer care number where you can directly contact with a customer care executive.
