Snapdeal.com — Received empty parcel instead of phone | |||||
Hi, i had ordered samsung galaxy a5 (16gb) on may 15, 2016 order id: [protected]. I received my order on may 19. 2016. When i opened the package i found there was no phone inside the package but a marvel stone and charger and airphone. I lodge my complaint on same day. They asked me to provide images and my id card then they took almost 3 days and said they cannot do anything and they are blocking my account. Please resolve my concern. I want my phone or refund.
