Snapdeal.com — received wrong product instead of my ordered product | |
We ordered No.[protected] dt.2/2/2015 for AB ML-6060D6 Toner cartridge with payment. but we received wrong product AB912 black toner cartridge LBP 3018, 3108. It is not copitable to our Samsung 6060D6 laser printer.
All the papers are as per order in package but product is different. it is not usable. I request you please replace at the earliest. please send as per our ordered product. please avoid this type of mistakes in future Was this information helpful? | |
