I have received defective piece of Fantasy India Multicolour Abs Piggy Bank With Password on 17/9/2016 . Ihave returned item as per procedure and indian post receipt uploaded on 19/92016 as 18/9/2016 was holiday. On track status it is written that QA check fail. As i mention that i have received defective piece, how it will pass QA check?. i have sent e mail but no response from snap deal. i have tried customer care no. but no use. Kindly refund my amount.
