Dear Sir, Order number : [protected] Invoice Number - 216320/14-15/1725 I have purchased Sony Bravia KLV-32R482B 32 Inches Full HD LED Television from snapdeal. I have received defective product and same was identified by service engineer at the time of installation of product. I have immedilaty raised the complain on customer service desk of snapdeal and received complain number - 8389531 dated 08 Aug. 14. They have assured me to give solution within 48 hrs but I have not received any response or call back. I have given several calls on customer service desk of snapdeal but each time they have told me that they will get back to me within 48 hrs but same was not resolved till today even after 5 days of complain registered.
