[Resolved]  Snapdeal.com — Snapdeal online shop fraud service

I have purchase a Toner Cartridge(CC388A) compatiable for my H.P 1007
laserJet, printer from 'Snapdeal Online Shoping' I have received the
product by Bluedart currier service on 06/06/2014, The order No
is-[protected] and the
Bluedart awb no. is-[protected], When I open The Package I show the
product is totaly broken, and damege,
I contact with Snapdeal customer service, they said that send this
product by currier to Snapdeal office for refund,
but I stay at a Rural area, No currier service in my area found, so I
need to go kolkata for currier this prouduct,

My question are, We are the people take online shoping facility for Save
our Time, and money, but this shoper like Snapdeal, and other not given
value to his customer, Thay are doing only Business, they showing the
product on
internet, We can't justify the prouduct is good condition, there after
we are booking the product, for save the Time valu and money, they are
given our a broken or damege product for high margin profit. the redund
of damege product to the shopper very complex procedure, our money is
totally loss,
So i request to all the people who lived in rural area of city area
don't purchse any product from Snapdeal.com, otherwise you are suffer,
like me,
