Sodexo — After raising several SRs and calls still my card with Rs 26 k has been de-activated and I can not use my money

After raising several SRs and calls still my card with Rs 26 k has been de-activated and I can not use my money.
I have raised the SRs for the reference:
SR[protected] || Card not loaded [ ref:_00D2816RdX._5000I26xGxm:ref ]

Also called customer care multiple times but its been 4 months that no one is taking any action to reactivate the card. Now I am not able to use my money more than Rs 26k.
