Ordered a cinema ticket through a scheme run by sodexo per a benefit contained within my health club.
It was marketed as '£4.40 any film any time' (Vue cinemas). I bought it, showed up at the cinema with my date for the evening, and the cinema said it wasn't valid. I needed to buy a new full-priced ticket at the cinema.
On following up with sodexo they are saying the t's & c's exclude the cinema i went to. My point is, putting a boilerplate clause in to 'check cinemas' is not good enough. They're refusing to refund the ticket. I'm going to trading standards. Was this information helpful? |
