My chef Brendon has been harassing me since I transfered to TOC facility by telling me to hurry up and get off the clock when I was hired I was guaranteed 8 plus hours a day now he has cut me to 5 to 6 hours a day that puts me in a bind for the next day because I have to do double the work due to him putting me off the clock when I have at least 2 hrs. Left on click then this morning 2/20/2019 he changed my work station to a unsanitary work station I was trying to clean it before I started work he tells me to just worry about cooking the food and forget the dirty station I can't work like that so as I'm making omlettes he comes over in front of all my customers and say I thought you know how to make omelettes I said I do you cut the stove eyes up to high I said they should be on 3 instead of 4 so he goes on to tell me I don't know what I'm doing . so I let him finish I tried to contact Claudia Lara but she said she was busy and will investigate tomorrow that's no good I need this matter handled asap so a couple of customers told him that there food was great .he lied and told me the customers were complaining not true I heard them tell him I was doing a great job.
